SHIPPING & RETURNS
In average, in Spain purchases are delivered within 48 to 72 hours. We don’t ship to the overseas territories (Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
For the rest of Europe the delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days after receiving the order confirmation.
In any return, the item must be in its original conditions, with its original packaging and with all the labels and tickets included.
For hygienic and health reasons, in the case of lingerie and other underwear items (tights, stockings, socks, corset goods, bodies, panties, bras, etc.), cannot be refund or exchanged.
In case if received product was damaged during the transportation or incorrectly managed by BEAUTEAFULCAT®, please don´t hesitate to contact BEAUTEAFULCAT® through the Customer Service.
How to proceed with the return:
- Fill in the form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Download form
- Please note that shipping cost or import duties for a return shipment are not covered by BEAUTEAFULCAT®. Make sure all the products are in an unworn condition, unaltered in any way, with all labels and stickers attached, and returned in their original packaging. If you fail to do so, your return won’t be accepted. We also ask that our returns be sent in the original post mailer (it has a double self-adhesive sealing strip for this very purpose) to help decrease environmental waste.
- After reviewing the product for approval (it must be in its original condition and have all the labels and tickets) you will receive the amount in the same way you in which you made your
purchase. You will also receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to the original purchase´s payment card or Pay Pal account in a few days. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.
